If you find the same product offered at a lower price by another authorized online retailer within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference. This applies even if the lower price is found on our own website during that time. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, knowing that you are getting the best possible deal on your pizza oven.

To request a price match, simply email us a link to the product either on our website or a competitor’s site within 30 days of your order date, and we’ll take care of the rest. We will verify the lower price and ensure it complies with our policies before processing any refunds.

Price Guarantee Terms:

• The product must be purchased from our website before requesting a price match.
• Promotions such as rebates or bundled offers (e.g., buy one, get one free) are not eligible.
• The competitor must be an authorized online retailer and not a discount or auction site (e.g., eBay, Overstock).
• The product must be in stock at the competitor’s website.
• The price match includes the product price and shipping costs, excluding sales tax.
• We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of any price match requests to ensure that they comply with authorized pricing policies.
  
  Exclusions for Promotional Discounts: The Price Guarantee does not apply to prices reduced through discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers that lower the product price to a level that conflicts with our pricing agreements or policies. If the use of a discount code brings the price down to such a level, we cannot issue a price match.
