If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to assist you with returns and refunds in a smooth and hassle-free manner. Please review our return and refund policies below, including brand-specific details that may apply to your purchase.

 

General Return Policy

 

Eligibility for Return:

 

Time Frame: You may return your item within the specified return period from the date of delivery, depending on the brand, as outlined in the Brand-Specific Return Policies below.

 

Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items or brands are non-returnable, including custom or special-order items, products that have been used, items no longer in their original packaging, and items from brands.

 

Return Process:

 

To begin the return process, please email us at support@cravingpizzaoven.com or call us at 708-665-6418. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return depending on the brand. We will assist you with the necessary steps, including providing any required authorizations and brand-specific instructions based on the policies of the product's manufacturer. 

 

Return Shipping:

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return Shipping Instructions: Once the return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Refunds:

 

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

 

Restocking Fees: Restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and type of item being returned, as outlined in the Brand-Specific Return Policies below.

 

Notification: We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

 

Brand-Specific Return Policies

 

Please note that the following brands have specific return policies, which supersede our general return policy.

 

Blackstone Products

 

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, covering the costs of inspection and reselling.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Amount: 90% of the purchase price will be refunded; the remaining 10% covers the restocking fee.

 

Kucht Appliances

 

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 60 days from the shipping date.

Condition: Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Discrepancies:

Within 48 Hours: Shipping discrepancies or products that arrive damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.

After 48 Hours: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping: Kucht can coordinate the pickup; costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process: Kucht will refund Craving Pizza Oven, and we will refund you. Kucht does not issue refunds directly to customers.

 

HPC Fire Inspired

 

Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Condition: Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-warrantable items.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Required Information: A purchase order number or sales order number must be provided.

Refunds: Issued to the original form of payment.

 

Chicago Brick Oven

 

All Sales Final: All sales are final; no returns or refunds are accepted.


WPPO LLC

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original parts, manuals, tags, and labels.

Return Process: To initiate a return for WPPO products, please provide:

Your original order number(s)

The condition of your item(s)

The number of parcels you wish to return

The reason for your return

The items you would like to return

A photograph of the unopened package(s)

Your name, address, email address, and phone number

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to WPPO LLC. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, incomplete, or returned after the 60-day period, minus the 10% restocking fee. Please contact us for more info.

Used Products: Used products are not eligible for return. However, WPPO LLC offers customer support to assist you in getting the best results from your product.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects:

 

Document the Issue: Take photos and note any damages or discrepancies.

Immediate Contact: Contact us immediately at support@cravingpizzaoven.com or call 708-665-6418.

Time-Sensitive Reporting:

For Kucht Appliances and Chicago Brick Oven, damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Resolution: We will expedite a solution, whether that be a refund, replacement, or other appropriate measures, depending on the situation and brand-specific policies.

Product Support: We will work with you to either send a replacement or facilitate any necessary product support, subject to product availability and brand.

 

Restocking Fees

 

Restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and type of item being returned:

 

Blackstone Products: 10% restocking fee

HPC Fire Inspired: 20% restocking fee

Other Brands: Restocking fees vary; please contact us for specific information.

 

This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

 

Custom or Special-Order Items: Items that are custom-made or specially ordered.

Used Products: Products that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging.

Chicago Brick Oven Products: All sales are final; no returns or refunds are accepted for this brand.
